Reseller Configuration Field Reference

General Settings

The General Settings section defines the core identifying details and structure for the reseller. These fields determine how the reseller appears throughout the system, whether it operates in test mode, and which parent reseller it belongs to.

General Settings Fields

Field	Description
Name	The primary name of the reseller. This name is used throughout the system for identification and required for identification.
Custom Identifier	An optional reseller-defined identifier used for custom tracking or external system mapping.
Parent Reseller	The reseller under which this reseller is nested. Determines hierarchy, inheritance, and visibility for merchants and sub-resellers.
Dba	The reseller’s "Doing Business As" name that represents the reseller’s public-facing business name.
Is Test	Indicates whether the reseller's associated merchant's operate in test mode. When enabled, transactions are restricted to processing with the processors’ test hosts.

Contact Detail

The Contact Detailsection stores the reseller’s primary business contact information, including communication details and physical addresses.

Contact Detail Fields

Field	Description
Primary Contact Name	The name of the reseller’s main point of contact.
Phone	A primary phone number used for reseller communication and support.
Fax	An optional fax number associated with the reseller.
Company URL	The reseller’s public-facing website or homepage.

Address List Fields

Resellers may have multiple stored addresses, each optionally flagged as a mailing address or default address.

Column	Description
Address 1	The first line of the reseller’s street address.
City	The city associated with the address.
State	The U.S. state or region for the address.
Zip	The ZIP or postal code.
Mailing	Indicates whether this address is designated for mailed communications.
Default	Marks the address as the primary default address for reseller details.

Business Info

The Business Info section stores key tax, regulatory, and classification details about the reseller’s business.

Business Info Fields

Field Name	Description
Federal Tax Id	The reseller’s tax id.
State Tax Id	The reseller's state-issued tax identification number.
Sales Tax Id	The reseller’s sales ID tax number.
Yearly Sales Amount	The reseller’s estimated annual sales volume.
Business Start Date	The date the business originally began operation.
Currency	The default operating currency for the merchant.

Features

The Features section controls optional capabilities available to the reseller and its merchants. These settings determine whether the reseller can create sub-resellers, configure hosted pages, customize branding, or enable specific functional modules.

Feature Settings

Field	Description
Private Labeling	Allows this reseller to customize branding information, including logos and domain settings.
Hosted Page	Allows merchants under this reseller to create and process with hosted payment pages.
Emulator	Allows merchants under this reseller to configure and process transactions using the emulator.
Merchant Custom Field Config	Allows merchants to create and manage their own custom fields.
Merchant Billing	Allows the creation of price plans and generation of invoices for merchants under this reseller.
Token Sharing	Allows tokens created by one merchant under this reseller to be accessible to all merchants under the same reseller.
Sub Resellers	Allows this reseller to create and manage sub-resellers in a hierarchical structure.

Branding

The Branding section defines reseller-specific presentation details that affect UI elements, emails, and customer-facing gateway content.

Branding Fields

Field	Description
Branded Domain Name	The domain associated with the gateway for this reseller. The URL must match the host name of the associated SSL certificate and should begin with https://.
Product Name	The product or platform name used externally for customer awareness.
Email From Name	The sender name displayed on system-generated outgoing emails.
Email From Address	The email address used as the sender for merchant support.
Support Phone	The phone number displayed for merchant support.
Sales Phone	The phone number displayed for merchant sales/relationship contact.
Support Email	The email address merchants use for merchant support.
Logo	The reseller’s logo used in UI themes and outgoing email templates. Supports file upload and drag-and-drop.

Display Address Fields

Field	Description
Address1	The main street address for display.
Address2	Optional second address line (suite, unit, etc.).
City	The city associated with the display address.
State	The state or region for the display address.
Province	Alternate province field used where applicable.
Zip	The ZIP or postal code.
Postal Code	A secondary postal field supporting global formats.
Country	The country associated with the display address. Defaults to USA.
