Transaction Explorer

The Transaction Explorer is your central hub for viewing, searching, and analyzing every transaction processed through WinkPG. It provides both a high-level table of all activity and a deep, structured detail view showing exactly how a transaction flowed through the Wink Payment Gateway platform—from validation through settlement.

What You Can Do With the Transaction Explorer

View all transactions processed by all merchant accounts in real time
Filter transactions by status, date, amount, payment method, or transaction type
Search by Transaction ID, cardholder name, payment type, or other criteria
Drill into a full transaction timeline, including validation, screening, authorization, settlement, and capture events
Review detailed payment data such as card brand, amount, result, network response codes, and AVS/CVV results
Access processor response details for troubleshooting or support inquiries
Export transaction results in CSV, Excel, or PDF format for reconciliation or reporting
