The Reseller Dashboard provides a comprehensive view of reseller-wide performance, including transaction activity, customer growth, merchant performance, and subreseller output. It helps resellers monitor the overall health of their portfolio and, when applicable, track the activity of subresellers within a multi-tier hierarchy.

What You Can Do With the Reseller Dashboard

View total sales trends across all merchants under your reseller account
Track overall customer growth for the selected date range
Identify top-performing subresellers using the Key Resellers widget, including their total volume, transaction counts, and downstream merchant/customer totals
Monitor key merchant performance using the Key Merchants summary
Analyze transaction distribution across all merchants (sales, authorizations, returns, force captures)
Review payment method usage across your entire reseller portfolio
Adjust the reporting window to evaluate short-term trends or longer-term reseller performance patterns
Use the dashboard as a high-level operational view before drilling down into merchant-level or transaction-level detail
